Always friendly staff. Hubby's appointment was before mine yet I was called in first, but all ended up good. Lovely lady helped us choose new glasses but I cannot remember her name. I always use specsavers and they were very understanding that I needed to collect my glasses at later date due to health reasons.

Overall a good visit although some things were not asked/ mentioned but end of the day got new glasses didn?t take more than a hour although they could have been better with the level of staff onsite

Absolutely brilliant here. They noticed a change in my eye and advices me to go to the doctors. It turns out I had extremely high BP. It probably saved me from having a stroke. The staff are lovely and very attentive. Would 100% recommend.

I recently had an eye test with an optician called Minnie who was very thorough and professional. The test showed that l needed new glasses which l duly collected on the date and at the time that had been specified. The whole process was effective and timely.

One staff member who was wearing a red abaya had a very bad hygiene issue which caused a lot of my visit to be a bit of a put off for future visits and appointments.

Had amazing service from Kirsty chelmsley wood branch went above & beyond to help , and explained everything she was doing & why very friendly staff & great service from Paige she welcomed us with a smile & collected my contact lenses as I could walk down stairs greta service great staff definitely a 5 star service highly recommend

I am so unhappy and frustrated the way it went my visit to this place, I have waited more then 40 minutes just to pick up my daughters glasses, I couldn?t wait any longer so I left. I feel like I waisted my time. They need to take consideration to other peoples time. The place wasn?t even busy.
