Collection appointments never worked for me at this Specsavers , there?s always delay for different reasons even though I received confirmation Email/ Text for collection, waste of time in many occasions, if you have to use this Specsavers call before popping in .

Had to have eye test again, that time of life i suppose, staff was all polite, and the staff that worked with me was pleasant and knew what they were doing, i personally can not fault the staff at acocks green spec savers,?

Not happy in the slightest with them, the lenses in my closeups had marks in them which I couldn't see out properly. They told me they were scratches but didn't agree, showed them to another opticians they said it was a fault with coating, to cut it short they ARE NOT changing the lenses, they would rather me pay than replace them. So much for their customer satisfaction and the health of my eyes. It's totally disgusting how I've been treated. ID AVOID AT ALL COSTS to say I won't be back is an understatement
