Always a good experience but today Shaz was brilliant she seen me and my son looked lost looking for glasses, she had helped us pick glasses and we was sorted and ready to leave within fiftenn minutes. Lovely lady, thankyou for all your help!!

I visited Kings Heath branch coupe of weeks ago when I saw Chantel.
Chantel took her time in explaining to me the benefits of choosing the right frame and Veri Focals .
When I went to pick my glasses she made sure that my glasses were adjusted to fit me perfectly
I would highly recommend her for the support and service that she provides.

SpecSave King?sHeath deliver exceptional service. They are welcoming, polite and thorough. A few days ago, just before going away for a while, I saw the nose pad of my glasses was missing. SpecSave replaced both, without question, did not charge and I was home again in minutes and able to go away! Thank you SpecSave.

This is a revised review based on how a bad experience and complaint waa handled. Impressive response to dealing with my complaint, with store colleagues and management being empathetic and genuinely wanting to find a positive outcome. Would recommend this branch.

I had a very recent appointment. I felt rushed. The Optician did not ask me to look left, right, up and down. When I mentioned it, I was told it was not really necessary , which it is. Nothing was mentioned about my right eye Cataract, so I asked, and was told I have Cataracts on both eyes, which I was not told in my appointment 12 months ago, and yet, the Optician said it was on my notes.

My father had an eye test here today. It's the first time we have been to Specsavers after we both had a negative experience at Scrivens. My dad says today's eye test is the best he has ever had. The branch runs like a well oiled machine and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The premises is bright, welcoming and very well organised. Thank you Specsavers for a very positive experience. ?

Really excellent communication from start to finish. Took my medication details and was treated with respect. My glasses came within a week. Team members knew their roles and were of great assistance. Lens options were discussed. I had the OCT test. I would receommend this Store and their Staff. Also conveniently located for the Community.

The new premises in King's Heath are so modern and spacious. The staff are wonderful as usual. There's so many more waiting areas now.
