The store in erdington was friendly & welcoming. It?s very clean & the staff are knowledgeable, helpful & attentive. I didnt feel they hovered over ne and gave me spacr but let me know i can ask for help. A lovely young lady spent time helping me choose my glasses & made the experience fun.
The optician Was also really patient & calm, i felt at ease.

As I am on the easy care package I am entitled to free eye tests. I received an email to book my free eye test. Which I booked on the same day I got my email. Upon my arrival at the store I was asked to pay so I explained about the email I received and that I am on their contact lense scheme. Within a hour of leaving the store I received a call from Specsavers saying I didn't pay for my Eye test. I explained again it was free, please train your staff to update your database so customers are not accused of not paying! Also when offering the free eye tests there should be an option to book in a contact lense check. The hard sell and upgrading your glasses is also off-putting!!

On attending my appointment the service was prompt efficient and filled with kindness from all members of staff.
Optician Farhad provided a lovely kind professional service.
He was very focused and very attentive throughout the whole procedure.
Farhad is a exceptional credit to the wonderful service and I wish him all the best for the future.

On the website it?s mentioned the test is free but they charge me 25£.

The shop is massive and have a lot of option, but half of the staff is unfriendly and have a really Rude attitude with costumes.
Not all of them but I has been there many times and only twice the staff has been nice.
So, probably need work with costume service.
