Appalling, boss just stood there and turned a blind eye to anything that happened
The polish bouncer hit 2 women plus man handled a gay man for no reason
His attitude aswell as the owners absolutely disgusting knowing you run a bar
You had no toilet role in any of the womens toilets
You had urine all over the bathrooms

We had Nayana as our server and she was so so sweet and welcoming! Food was mid, drinks a little watered down (bottomless brunch) but I would go back. Reasonable price

Nayana was a wonderful waitress and was super helpful and attentive the whole time! Unfortunately the food really wasn?t that great. Soggy bread, unsalted fries and the mac and cheese was more a soup. Do think that for £35 you can get your money?s worth for it here depending what you order!

Bit gutted if I?m honest. We?ve been to the Bromsgrove and Brindley Place bottomless brunches lots of times and had a brilliant time but this one was disappointing. Our lovely server tried her best but there were simply too many bookings and not enough staff so we spent more time with a table full of empty glasses than with the bottomless drinks we were promised. The food was lovely and the drinks when they came were great but it was a disappointing birthday for my friend. Will stick to the Bromsgrove one from now on I think!

We had Amy as our server and she was perfect, kept our drinks coming the whole time even though it was super busy and really helped us have a good time. If you go, you?re lucky to have Amy as your waitress !!

We had the S&L sharer, most stuff was burnt, pointed out to staff at the end, who stormed off to the kitchen unhappy. You are charging £29.95 for this, at least I expect that my food is not burnt. In terms of drinks, well as a local person and having visited S&L on a number of occasions, beer was always horrible maybe check how you actually keep it finally or does it take someone to write a review for you to do it. This was officially my last visit to S&L in Harborne.

Is there any alcohol in the cocktails with bottomless brunch, I came out more sober than when I went in, however I would like to say the staff are amazing running around like headless chickens, felt sorry for them.
