Pathetic customer service specially by kuven . He even does not know how to behave with a customer.

I had a frustrating experience at this Shell station. I was only allowed to use Pump No. 1, which kept stopping again and again while I was trying to fill up. When I asked for help, the staff couldn?t communicate clearly in English and wrongly suggested there was an issue with my car. The next day, I went to a different petrol station and had no issues at all, my car worked perfectly fine. Clearly, the problem was with the pump. Very disappointed with the service and lack of proper assistance.

Just tanked my car. The guy behind the counter (name Kurver or near to that) was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with.

The homeless guy is permanently there which make situation tricky at times ?don?t feel safe while putting gasoline so not gonna visit again ?do something about it otherwise kept on loosing business :(

Good petrol station use it on the way to work. The homeless man outside makes the station uncomfortable. Walks up to customers frequently, will not come here again.

Went for a car wash there, chose the premium wash. Entered with fresh bird poo on my window, left with bird poo on my window. Couldn?t even clean that!

On 23/01/2025 at 18:00, I went to fill my car using a white can. The man at the station said he couldn?t serve me because he claimed my can was illegal. I?ve used this same can at other Shell stations without any issues, so I questioned him about it. When I asked for his name, he said he was the manager but refused to provide his name, citing data protection.
He then started threatening me, pretending to call the police, and told me to wait for them. However, no police ever arrived. He made me wait unnecessarily and tried to mislead me. Whoever he is, his behavior was unacceptable, and he should face consequences.

I visited 9 October around 17:00 and there is no toilet facilities and staff did not greet and did not give me receipt and in shell application he scanned but I did not receive any stamp or point etc in the application.

When calling from the phone number on the website it was wrong number some guy answered.Shell update your number.

Went to collect a parcel he said to eBay I?ve already collected my parcel, he called me layer and said to eBay I?ve collected my parcel his got the evidence in the camera
When the eBay gave barcode number to collect my package then I went back to collect my parcel
I said to him have you got anything to say he said no while eBay was on the phone
This person today 08/06/24 at 14:30 was very rude, no manners got no respect for anyone unprofessional and eBay heard everything on the phone.
I won?t be going back to this station ever again for business and also eBay will be making complaints against this person
I hope the manager will take action against him

Don?t have any problems with this garage only the man who has a night shift I think his name is vicky has a bad attitude. All workers are good only this man have a mental issue.When he is on duty I change the patrol garage. This man is effect on your business.

Dont have a problem with the Garage itself but they have a homeless man with long dreadlocks and head to one side, he looks quite scary, he is ok as i have given him money and pasty before but now he has becoming a nuisance, if u say got no change he will ask you to buy him a pasty on your card. i told the man in the shop serving and he just smiled !!. i wont be going there much more now its a shame cos i been going there for a long time

Worst customer service, vicky refused to put the air machine on for me just because I took gloves even though I apologised and told him that my tyres were low on air , still didn't care and asked me to leave..I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore.. rude !!! Ask to be served by someone else
