Staff being difficult made the process not a pleasant one. I went 9pm 23rd staff member with glassed stopped the pump mid use. Been coming here for years and never had this issue.

Indian lady with black wig on, very rude and acts like she owns the place. Needs to use manners, it doesn?t cost anything. Everyone else is lovely. Such a shame she?s always angry.

These people keep expired sandwiches on the shelf went there to get a sandwich for the first time and they had just 2 sandwiches which were expired asked then if they had other sandwiches they said no

Pump before start pumping any fuel charges me f...... 7£staff told me it's cold and air stop pomp.... They still force me to pay if pump is not working properly with stupid excuses that pomp is checked monthly. as well staff not polite, unprofessional and not helpful. When I ask were can make complain they told me they don't know. Avoid this station!!

Hello. I went to buy fuel today like every week. A strange story happened to me. I waited for about a minute at the fuel pump and I didn't know what was happening, I saw that the staff was looking at me strangely from behind the glass. I decided that it probably wasn't working and I moved the vehicle to another pump. Suddenly I hear some shouting ? from "very nice" station employee named Hardeep comes up to me and asks if I saw that one fuel gun was not in its place and I told him how could I know that? I told him that they were both looking at me and didn't react, and he explained to me that they were watching the car behind me ?? Later, he approached the client from the other car and smiled strangely while looking at me. Question: should a customer who pays a lot of money be spoiled for such a reason? He's attitude was out of comments.Thank you Shell I will be find different station ?

I experienced amazing customer service when I visited. The man at the till was so friendly and communicated very well. He put a smile on my face. This petrol station is general, meaning there's nothing unique. It's simple to use. Of course, prices remain extremely high because of the cost of living crisis, but your not going to find cheap fuel anywhere. So overall, it's a general petrol station. But I got very friendly service. ?

Large station but always some pumps closed. Decent service.

Pricey fuel and a lot of pumps are out of order at the same time, over the weekends there can be large queues.
