Door closes at 8pm just because the lad from the counter wants that, disrespectful also , so toilets after 8pm not quite and if you want to buy something the lad look at you like you bothered him

I can honestly say that every time I've been to this place, I've had a positive customer service experience.
It has a big spacious forecourt. Very clean. The shop is well lit, spacious and clean. But like I said, the friendly service makes it for me.

Have to agree on how nice and helpful the staff are. Really.
Never had a problem or complaint in connection with using the services or shop but the staff are just such consistently nice people. And I've used this place for years. It's remarkable.
Whatever the management ethos is, it works. I struggle with the company's corporate reputation but I can't fault the local approach. Keep going.?

This is probably the most welcoming, happy, friendly, clean and enjoyable service station i have ever been to. The chap behind the counter welcomes you with hello and so happy to help with a lovely smile. Why can't everyone be like this!! ?Toilets immaculate and smelling of fresh cleaning fluid refreshing change. Total credit for your company this chap is. ?????

It was an enjoyable experience here.Polite staff - I was not expecting a ?Good Evening Sir?.I asked about the car wash options, and the assistant was helpful.The automatic car wash seems to have done an excellent job at getting rid of the winter grime around at the minute (it?s dark as I write this, so tricky to say) and at £7.50 on offer, it is at the right price.I don?t usually fill up at Shell, but I did this before to make the trip worthwhile and treated the car to some VPower, as I think it?s good to run a tank of it through now and again.

Scam the car cleaner and tyre pressure machine say 6 minutes but run for 1 minutes and then it end!! Okay you want to make money but respect the customers !!! Fuel prices are higher than other places.

Always have a pleasant experience when visiting this petrol station. The staff at 6am are always happy and smiling. Every one both male and female are a joy to see .Bless you all.???
