DON'T BRING AMAZON RETURN!
They will tell you the system is down, anything to avoid returning the parcel especially when customers waiting to pay for petrol. 4/5 times I have been they have used this excuse.
This morning at 5:45am on 12/06/2025 I was told, the system is down come back in an hour. ( he was about to change shift )
I asked, how do you know its going to be working in an hour? I got no reply.

Excellent service by staff member he is so kind always treat nicely and like the shell fuel as its little costly but its always good for my car as everybody know shell is known for its brand.

Absolutely not cultured night workers at the fuel station Ignore customers playing on their phones. How did you get to another country? Everywhere in Yorkshire, you fill up your car first, then you pay. Immediately playing on the phone they want to be paid, and then only to fill.

Please teach some manners to your staff, if they are closing, no harm in saying could you please wait for 3 or 5 min. Once i am done closing will be right back with you. This is what I was told ( you have to wait till 23:53 because I am closing, can?t scan anything)
