Absolutely horrific. I went to return an amazing parcel at 7.45pm on 15/04/25, only to be told that that doors to the shop are shut. I said I need to return an Amazon parcel and I have been told by Amazon that I can go at anytime as the station is 24h. The guy at the till, Abid, by name, flat out refused to take the parcel and was extremely rude. Never Ever will I buy from this station if this is how they treat their customers. The employee, Abid, needs to be immediately retrained or fired. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I had my 6 year old daughter with me and he was openly using foul language. Childish and pathetic.

I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!! The lady from the service department assumed that I was a thief, I arrived at the station in the middle of the day to refuel my motorbike, I took off my helmet so my face was visible to the cameras and the service, the lady who was supposed to turn on the dispenser for me with great reluctance called me and asked how much I would be refueling for, I had to pay in advance, my motorbike was not fully refueled because I had no idea how many liters of fuel would go into the tank. I will never refuel here again. I give one star, it is not possible to give a lower one,

I have never been so insulted in all my life why do they advertise for amazon returns if the cheeky attitude sales guy moaning he Don have to do it.its not.his job!!! With full on attitude and rude very unprofessional in my opinion it was not a 1 off either been in a couple of times for returns and still same attitude off same guy thinking its either the way he was bought up or a racist in my opinion he should br made to apologise or.get.sacked he obviously in wrong job !!!

Unprofessional staff, went there and wanted to pay by phone the card reader for some reason gone locked,she didn't know what should to do,then asked me to wait and let other costumers served,I was waiting there for about 10min,then she made phone call to someone else ask for help,she tried an other consumer and couldn't transfer the payment to other computer then told me that my card is invalid, I did present my card but still was same,I used other cards and told her this is your system issue , an other person had complain that the cash matchine not working at the same time,I think that's managing fault as shouldn't leave only one staff on weekends day times in the busy station, my kids was crying in the car for long time waiting to pay.At the end I paid for my fuel ?? by the same card,

Always has whatever I need. Lots of space so not usually a queue. Even tho on a very busy main road.

Great place, no hassle on motorbike, happy to serve you with your helmet on and allow you to pay once you've finished filling up. This is so important to motorcyclists as no one wants the hassle of taking helmet off or having to leave it on dirty pump or worse the floor. Thank you shell!!

Dodgy.Paid for fuel on card before filling up, didn't use as much as I'd paid for so asked for a refund on the overpayment. Was told it couldn't go back on my card and had to be in cash, something dodgy going on.Edit:Your link just takes me to a contact us page?
