Went in for coffee the one day and the staff member couldn't be bothered to look at the coffee machine, just told me it didn't work. Went in another day for a coffee and the staff member said only the night shift can refill the machine since it was out of milk. Maybe I should've asked when they weren't face down in their mobile phones?
