Wednesday morning school run, attendant refused to allow my wife to put petrol in our car, firstly as the number plate did not match the car, and also as the car was not registered to her. The car is under my name. My wife was not asked for ID at any time. She was kept waiting, refused her service in front of other customers. The attendant informed my wife she would have to pre-pay for the petrol with cash. My child was late for school and my wife was left humiliated and angry.
My wife is Asian and I am white. The attendant was white.

The price for v power diesel displayed 169.99, and after inserting the nozzle, it changed to 174.99. I will not be returning here again.

A decent place to pick up some petrol or diesel, though the space between the pumps is rather tight when you need to fuel two vehicles. You also have to make a U-turn to get to the place if you're on the other side of the road, so probably not the best place if you have a bigger rig. But they were quick and courteous when I paid for the fuel.

I've never been made so uncomfortable by a retail worker. A member of staff(kerry) was on tills as soon as she saw me she started to pull faces. I greeted her nicely but still didn't get a decent response. I won't ever be going back here again.

Use this place regularly but won?t be going back! 9.30am 13th September 23. Every time I go there, this blonde white lady in her mid 30s sees me, she is extremely rude. Aggressively speaking to me and today she uttered a racial slur to me. I chose to ignore but please have a word with her. Other customers may not be as passive as me.

It?s not hard to make clear to everybody that these stupid chargers don?t work.The guy said there are cones out but people have moved them.SO STOP PEOPLE MOVING THEM AND PUT THEM BACK.

I think something is going on with their pumps. I put £25 in the rental I was taking back to enterprise (next door) when I dropped the car off, the petrol gauge was still the same as if I hadn't put any petrol in?? ?
