I visited the pharmacy with my sister for pharmacy first service. We were seen by a female pharmacist who used a autoscrope to look into my sisters mouth because they didn?t have a normal light pen for a throat. The pharmacist was incompetent to a point she didn?t know what a tongue depressor is. She asked the basic bare minimum questions and gave us self care advice as walked out of the door. Appalling service. Waste of NHS England money they are too busy asking details to make a claim but couldn?t even ask clinical questions or have the right equipment to provide services. Never again!

If you need nail polish or fake eyelashes this is your shop. However, if you need covid test or any useful and basic houshold remedees isn?t the right pharmacy for you. And don?t even try the other one in hodge hill ? that one sells only pregnancy test. Must be a money loundry ?????

Ok this was a bit of a pain. There are 2 of these chemists in short distance . Original one closed down i think and replaced by this other. I think that the other shops or new shouldnt be on google maps , its confusing. Having said that the staff are friendly and helpful ao would recommend

Tried to pick up prescriptionPharmacist " is it the one from july?"Me : im not sure, i ordered it about a week ago.Pharmacist "its NOT here"So i go to the doctors next door and ask why, they tell me it is there.Walk back to Pharmacist, tell him its there. Sent by doctor, on the day i ordered it. (Also now have barcode)Pharmacist says "oh its here, must be the one you never collected in july"Me "well its not going to be one ive already collected."Whole pricess takes 30 minutes. Which should take 2.Will not use this dirty pharmacy again, the staff are rude and dopey af.

These Guys are awesome way better then Jhoots...they look out for you and give you the Best Advice ...they are not trying to sell expensive goods they will always find cheaper alternatives for you..Honest people.

The pharmacy needs to update their opening and closing times on the website.Made an appointment with the doctor, and it was on a Saturday. He prescribed hay fever tablets etc and left it with Shawsdale pharmacy. However, as we were out when the doctor called, we were unable to pick the prescription. So we tried on Sunday after checking the website and it said it?s open on Sundays. When we got there is it was closed!We desperately needed to pick up a prescription as my son was suffering really bad.PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DETAILS!!!

This place literally saved my daughter. Really poorly and went everywhere for the prescription and this man sorted it at midnight !!! I honestly couldn?t thank him enough? he is a hero.

Needed an emergency supply of usual medication as I had forgotten to pick up from my usual chemist and with it being a friday evening I was worried what I would do with my chemist not being open until Monday. This pharmacy really helped me being open when others are not thank you I can now relax until my pharmacy is open Monday. Grateful ?

I went to this pharmacy as it?s says online it closes at 12am unfortunately i went at 11.25 pm and it was already closed! Waste of time

Very professional staff with natural human touch! They went the extra mile to help my 5 year old with strep A whilst national shortage of penicillin. I am a very grateful Mom with a now healthy 5 year old! Thank you ?
