Painfully slow service today at the desk. Just 2 people servicing customers with big orders and other staff ignoring the long queue. Just not good enough

Staff are extremely unhelpful and seem to have no desire to uphold any kind of customer service I will most definitely take my business else where as I can most definitely get a better deal and better customer service from many other places

I ordered all my garden materials from selco stirchley nothing was right twice they sent the wrong colour slabs and I still ended up with the wrong ones I was short on my decking boards sand etc I will never use this company again. The only person who was very helpful was Carlos who knew straight away the mistakes selco had made and tried to rectify them but to no availAlso decking boards were all twisted and warped as I said never again with this company

If you need to buy guttering, make sure all the fittings are there before you fill your trolley, one fitting short, and I can't complete the job !?? ( last 2 times.... same fitting !?? )
