Absolutely shocking, hardly any staff and the ones that are there are beyond slow.
Ridiculous, surely they realise that when there?s a Tool Station next door and the operation is that shoddy people will vote with their feet and go next door!!

Went in to Aston branch today.. in all the years I have been going never have I experienced help as I did today from Katrina and Mustafa. I had ordered on line for a collection however some of the items not as expected.. but with the product knowledge Katrina and Mustafa had they got me exactly what I needed and was attention to details. Sometimes I use other stores but I will try n stick to Aston from now on.

I went to screwflix more before bt yesterday's experience was totally different.. I talked to the sales women by 7 pm. She was talking to us a bit she is not interested to talk.. We asked for 40mm pipe she gave us 43 mm.
Quality of the product always fascinating bt she made us upset... We went from alumrock...

I?m really disappointed with this store, the staff are rude and some are racist. I took my Milwaukee M18 combi drill with the set to the store because the gear was playing up. The member of staff wasn?t welcoming and was not talking politely. I was really angry with the way he was handling my drill and he was putting the battery back on incorrectly and was using too much force. I told him to stop and pass it to me so I can put it back on myself and pack it back in the box carefully and close it so it gets sent off for repair but no, he carried on ignoring me and was also shutting my box with force which wasn?t closed properly and was bulging out which can destroy the shape of the moulding even when I told him. If I receive it damaged, as I customer I am expecting a whole kit replacement if any damage has been done to my tools.
