Went here looking for a pair of shoes for my nieces graduation we were served by Sabah who was very professional, she didn't try to sell things we didn't need and they had exactly what we were looking for, for a very good price and ended up buying 6 pairs of shoes.
Sabah was very professional and courteous and gave us advice on what we were looking for, it was a pleasure visiting this store today and very pleased with the service we received.
I highly recommend this store.

This was a disappointing experience.
I drove half an hour today to pick up a pair of shoes, only to discover as soon as I got back to my car that the metal embellishment had already fallen off. I immediately returned to the store to request an exchange, but they didn?t have another pair in stock. The only solution they offered was to reorder the shoes, meaning I would have to come back again for another trip.
Left with no other option, I chose to get a refund. Not a single apology, not even a friendly smile?just a frustrating waste of my time. An hour of driving, and this is the result.

I visited the store today to buy some crocs, it was a remembering experience , all the workers are so friendly they treated us like family. Especially Ethan he was the most kindest person that has ever served me in my past experiences of visiting schuh, thankyou schuh for the lovely experience.

Went to fort today and took my grandaughter who doesn't like shoe shopping. After several unsuccessful visits to a well known shoe shop at fort decided to try Schuh.
What a difference, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Ethan who showed lots of patience and measured my grandaughter without any problem. Made the experience so much easier. Thank you

Went to Schuh at The Fort as I had an issue with a purchase I made. Sabah and Abi were so helpful and very understanding they helped resolve the issue straight away. Excellent customer service from both. Thank you ?

Today we had a shopping spree. I wanted to try a few shoes on and still wasn't sure as I had another shop to try some...quite honestly. Not only were the other shoes twice the price but I would've thought the staff might have made at least an effort to get me to buy their shoes. Terrible service....I returned to Shuh...they'd kept the ones I tried at the counter and also offered to let me try a different size and to see what the shoes were like with a foam insole. Nothing was too much trouble. Even helping me with a new discount card. Lovely, helpful friendly staff. Great service. I'll be back in the future 5*

Came to purchase some school shoes for my daughter... Unfortunately they had the style but not the size... The guy who served us was brilliant and arranged for the correct size to be delivered to us...Great attitude and service from all staff...We will return again... That's why some companies thrive and others don't... great staff
