I have cancer and have been having chemo. I have lost 80% of my hair and yesterday I picked out my wig. Much shorter than my own hair. I was walking past the salon today and thought I?m going to see if they will cut my hair. I didn?t have an appointment so it was a long shot. As expected they were fully booked. I was a little disheartened but I didn?t really expect anything else.Next thing I know Lonzi is waving at me to come back. He has had a cancellation and could chop off my hair. Not going to lie, I cried?because now it?s real and my long hair was going and that means there?s no hiding from the fact I am sick. Lonzi was so kind, so supportive, so patient and I have never felt like I was in better hands! He did the most wonderful cut and he made me feel like a friend was cutting it off. I cannot recommend the salon enough!! I am so happy and will forever be grateful for that little act of kindness at a really difficult time. Thank you!Service: Hairstyling

Had a nice cut from Angel at a reasonable price. Salon is soon to have a refurb. I think but it still looks good and is in a pretty location in the row of old shops in Bournville

My appointment was at 11.30 for a consultation I arrived at 11.34 due to bad traffic , and could not been seen due to being late. Was very upsetting as I arranged transport as Live far away and not driving at the moment . I could understand if was 20 minutes but 4 minutes!

Delightful setting, the nicest and most talented staff... after 20 years with Lonz they feel like family. If I could give it 50 stars I would! Can't recommend highly enough.
