this bank is unbelieveable they will take advantage of your money send you to court and mess up your family DO NOT trust it im furious and now having to move house after my nan was wrongly accused due to them looking for little loopholes £150 000?!!!!!!! It?s vile and so are the people that run it.

Good service, but not enough staff and long waiting time. There was only one person on service counter. Not convenient considering it closes at 3pm.

What's this closing at 3pm nonsense ? Lloyds opens till 5pm ! Absolute jokers. Sack the idiots in head office who shortened the opening hours

We dropped by today to change a name on an account. June was the customer service agent who helped us with our query. She was so polite, funny and very helpful. She wasn't sure of the answer to a transgender related question we had but she went to ask one of her colleagues for some help and swiftly came back with an answer! She was so respectful and apologetic, we rarely have such a kindly handled conversation on the topic. She was wonderful and made a daunting experience much more comfortable. Thanks June!

Staff doesn't even welcome you into the branch. Rude and act like they don?t want to be there. Especially the individual who sits at the Kiosk between 2pm - 5pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

Staff are amazing, incredibly helpful. They really go out of there way to help. Negative posts obviously quite rude, just because you have grey hair does not mean you are old.

Having seen a few negative reviews I was apprehensive about going in to the branch this morning. Wow, the staff were fantastic. June ,thank you for your patience, help and understanding. You sorted this technophobe lady out with such care. Then Zain sorted out my new account and deposited my cheque. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Have had a few bad weeks waiting for a replacement Debit Card and lost in post so on my 3rd Attempt requested the card be sent direct to a local Branch Kings Heath BirminghamWhen I arrived Branch was typically busy for a Monday Morning, I was looked after when my turn came by a Fantastic and professional Guy Called Mohammed Farooq he went and checked Safe etc but nothing he then offered to go and check the mailbox at front of Store and yes my lucky day he came back with my new debit cardFantastic over and above customer service from Mohammed A Big Thank You
