It's terrible how they don't have a till open past a certain time of an evening and you have to put a full shop on the self checkout. If you spend £150 a time, you should ay least have the decency to have a till open. I wouldn't suggest shopping there of an evening if your planning a big shop.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM UBER.
estimated a 45 mins wait. 2 hours and 30 mins later i had to get uber to cancel the order coz they hadn't picked it. went though 8 different drivers to go up to the shop. A couple told me they'd waited there 15 mins before giving up.
DONT ACCEPT THE ORDER IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL IT!

Compared to other Sainsbury?s stores I visit.. I didn?t get a good impression of this branch today.
So many products in the wrong place.
Also 3 staff members were grouped together at the self checkout area chatting and laughing loudly with each other, while customers were overlooked. Wasn?t very welcoming or friendly.

My local store for years and currently moving every thing round, no logic to it, my shopping took double the time it's normally would, alcholic now next to the veg/fruit, and all the toiletries now moved to were the home stuff was when you walk in, now over like six rows and hard to find what you want when used to be one long row, customers moaning they can't find anything, and staff looked stressed as been asked so many questions were stuff has moved to...
Not sure who thought this idea but makes no sense come on Sainbuys you can do better

Well stocked supermarket, ample parking with 3 hours limit, nice staff but their coin trolleys make me avoid it or buy much less, I rarely have cash on me, coins even less.

Security guard at Northfield thought it was acceptable to park his black Audi in a parent & child. When approached he was rude and arrogant and thought it was OK for him to do it. He proceeded to walk off!
