Not disability friendly at all, after being told to wait for a wheelchair for 5 mins I was told "the scooter is unavailable right now" that's scooter singular. How does such a large shop have only one scooter and ir isn't working

Absolutely disgraceful service ordering online picked wrong items and ignored all of my replacements. It was the worst shopping picker I've ever come across
