Rude staff who don't even acknowledge you. As soon as you walk in it smells like a garbage disposal and the smell never goes anywhere. The fruit in the fridge is usually rotting or mouldy but staff don't care to remove them. I wouldn't bother ordering online either as prices are extortionate (as in person) and they always take their time preparing your order (30 mins before my order was actually accepted) and I've just received some mouldy, fluffy, mushy strawberries that I paid nearly £3 for! I'm surprised since Harborne is held to a high standard, yet they obviously don't care about even meeting a bare minimum standard.

Awful service. No hi , or eye contact too busy talking on headset about her friend being vegan. ..had to ask for receipt whilst she was chatting..no would you like a bag either ..black female

I do like going to this local shop as part of my sessions in college and they have good items which are not as expensive. I bought a milkshake which tastes good, pringles and airwaves recently and payment transactions went ok, even though it is worth 2 3 tries but it went through in the end. If you're looking for snacks or groceries, why not come here.

I do not understand how this Sainsbury's gets so many stars. it looks decrepit on the outside (half the time the blinds are down). It looks dirty on the outside and the products stocked are at gas station level (and a bad one at that). I tried shopping there a couple of times but always leave without buying hardly anything. This whole store could do with a serious revamp inside and out as well as it looks so shabby. Ah well, I guess all the better for Waitrose and M&S down the street.

In-store the staff are great- hence 2 stars- but every single time I've ordered via deliveroo there's an item missing and it's a not easy to get a refund.
