The staff are always chatting to each other or on their mobile phones... had an issues at the self check out and despite there being 3 members of staff nearby they were too interested in their conversation to help. There is one guy there with a beard and glassess , I think he may be in charge as a team leader as he seems to give directions to others..well hes useless and is always on his mobile phone

Overpriced groceries...big store but not a lot of product ranges. Staff slow and frequently rude, especially guy with the beard who has been there years. "Reductions" are hardly worth them doing - 20p off something that costs £5, 6 or £7 isn't going to attract any takers and must cost them more to do it. Heavily reliant on self service checkouts which actually irritate the majority of customers and frequently require staff input. Close it down and put something useful on the site but NOT ANOTHER FAST FOOD OUTLET.

A nice well organised clean store. I would like to see increased ranges, however there is a Sainsbury super store nearby at the Maypole.

Excellent store, you can find most everything there and more. They have a great selection of plants which is awesome and their opening hours are reasonable. Their staff is so friendly and helpful

Supermarket, not much to say, seems to need more staff or the staff need to be more aware of their customers particularly at the till points when the system flags an alert, one looks around to see a group of staff having a chat at one end while one waits patiently for them to do their job
