Tried to print here multiple times, staff incredibly unhelpful. Waited until I sent my images in store to tell me there?s a 2 hour wait. In previous times, we?ve asked to print posters and the staff in store insisted on printing in the lowest quality paper because they didn?t want to change the paper in the printer. I?d advise if you want something done properly, go somewhere else.

I was travelling and my phone was dead and I bought a charger from their shop. I requested that lady to keep on charging for 5minutes just to check if that works properly or not. She said it's a fast charger and she even plugged in that charger for 30secs and said see it'sworking. I had to go to the Apple store nearby that shop and kept on charge and it worked so slowly. I had to request to the Apple store employees to charge my phone. And after charging 28% I went there and said it doesn't work properly and I have to return it as that lady said if that didn't work properly you can return. But they denied to return. I asked for another charger but they said no they cannot do anything. I didn't take that charger back and I left that shop without any refund. That costed me £16.99. If that lady shouldn't have said that she wouldn't take return that item i shouldn't have gone there. Keep growing your business with these lies.

Travelling through Birmingham on my way home to Australia and I needed some help printing some stuff out and arranging shipping. The staff were brilliant and helped me organise my things with a friendly smile and great efficiency. I can?t thank them enough.

Avoid this shop if you can! Printing one A4 page cost £2.88 ? £0.38 for the printing itself, and £2.50 just for using my own USB to connect to their printer! It's absolutely outrageous, and they didn't even inform me beforehand that using a USB would incur a charge.

Needed an A0 poster printing for work, call and they were so helpful and able to fulfil the order for collection within a few hours. Emailed over the document and details and they responded saying it would be ready in less than an hour. the quality was brilliant, so happy! Wasn't expensive and they do Blue light discount too. 100% recommend

High-Quality prints at a great price with Outstanding Customer Service!
I needed a poster printed urgently this morning and called a few stores, but none could accommodate my request. Then I reached out to Ryman Birmingham and spoke with Louisa, who was incredibly helpful and proactive.
She quickly emailed me to get all the details of my design and even sent photos of the final print to ensure it was perfect before I travelled to collect it. Within an hour of my call, my order was ready?beautifully printed and perfectly packaged.
I couldn't recommend them more! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks again!
