I love this shop. I almost always find something I want to buy. The staff are very friendly and they welcome me bringing my little dog in which makes things so much easier for me.

Very rude and miserable volunteer working in this shop as I found out after visiting today to drop some pictures off.I am retired from working for 25 years in a PDSA hospital + quite frankly think you need to change your staff.I will not be donating anything here again.

Love the PDSA.Phoned this morning to check that they were accepting donations during COVID restrictions, was told that they were not accepting any after today. Said I would be along this afternoon with my stuff. Was told they were not accepting kids toys ,no problem because I was donating clothes.Arrived in afternoon with 6 bags generously stuffed with mens and womens clothes (some with price tags still on) plus 2 pairs of expensive Dunelm curtains retailing at £180 a pair .Imagine how I felt to be told they weren't accepting donations because they had received too many. After explaining that I had checked in the morning and had been told they were accepting today they agreed to accept my donation. However the manner of the staff was so rude and dismissive. I didnt expect a fanfare of trumpets for my donation which would probably have helped them get £500 but a smile and a thanks would have been lovely. Will still donate to the PDSA but will go to another shop.
