Today a very rude woman named Kelly asked me for my name and surname 4 times - I even wrote down all my details on a piece of paper, then she told me she couldn't find my prescription and she cant understand what I was put on it, but before she did, I waited 10 minutes for her to talk to her friend about it, that she was going to Italy and when I asked when she would look for my prescription, she replied that she had a lot of prescriptions and I had to wait. I haven't encountered such a lack of professionalism, arrogance and disregard for the customer for a long time. I left there without any medications and asked the doctor to send my prescription to another pharmacy. I will never go back there again. And this woman shouldn't work as a pharmacist if she can't maintain her manners.

Horrendous chemist sent my carer down to pick up prescription gave him one boxthen had to go down myself even though I can't walk to pick up a mysterious 6 boxes that were waiting the Asian male was rude and very unhelpfulHelpful the chemist is a joke and not fit fir purpose

Terrible place. Month after month with my prescription re order, they give me some at a time. It takes me a week of repeatedly going in to get the full amount. Same each month. They blame suppliers, tonight they blamed me for the wrong drug name (it is correct), the other day another lady said they don?t get much call for it. All not my problem. Very keen to take your money but not keen to dispense and the staff are very curt as others have said.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, probably perpetual moaners. The pharmacy gave me a rough price over the phone for my private prescription, and after popping it in I got it back within 10 minutes. The staff were polite and courteous and will use them more often in the future.

I am completely disappointed and disgusted with this pharmacy. Rude and unhelpful staff. Problem after Problem. Been called a liar by staff. Never have prescription ready or things missing. I have been 4 days and counting without tablets now. I'll likely have to go A&E soon without my medication. Awful awful service do not use.

Love this chemist open till 10 great friendly staff so helpful open 7 days aweek.So when the rest are closed! Not this chemist fabulous! Also parking right outside and there pharmacists so helpful too.

Lady behind the counter was rude and couldn't wait to get me and my partner out the door when we was asking for advice. We only went there as it was the closest late night pharmacy near us and we won't be going again! We'd rather suffer the night and go to another chemist the next day.
