Slowest service ever as if everything being sent is international? Constantly holding onto post, deliveries taking extremely longer than they need to and then a massive load through your front door once a week. Had gas supplier come and fit a meter whilst no one was in because we were supposedly ?ignoring? letters when we just haven?t received anything? Worst service I?ve had in all my time living over the city. Both Northfield and Rednal are just as bad however Northfield does not have a Google account. Both are within my range

Poor at answering the phone, rarely recieve my post and for a business which is registered, to recieve little to no post I can not do my tax returns due to me not having my login credentials, nevermind the fact I hadn't recieved many of my bills I had been due, reoccurring problem from what i have been told by local businesses who have said they have struggled to get anything set up appropriately

Went there on the 22nd April to post a parcel. Website says it closes at 2pm and reopens at 4pm. However, a small note on locked gate says they stay closed at 2pm due to staff shortages.This should be posted on its online profile so people don't make unnecessary trips.

Just went here because it says it's open on the website and it's shut, just a piece of paper on the gate saying staff shortage so shut at 2. So only usefull if you don't work!

Need to sort there blokes out who's delivering the post.Three times on the bounce now,I've had post and parcels delivered,to a different address.Almost had a £500 parcel go up the swanie this morning.signed for by a bloke 40 doors away from my address.Getting ridiculous.Can't be that hard to match a letter or parcel with the correct address.Need to get there act together.

All the post staff (including my fab regulars) are great and go the extra mile, but I have been unsuccessful in trying to set up a "tracking" from the link online and also been unable to contact anyone, with numbers given when googled re: the same, so I just have to sit and wait it out for the delivery to ensure being given my items. All other plans have had to be "on hold" till this is concluded..

The people there are lovely. This review is based purely on the fact that the "something for you" cards no longer have the opening times, and the Google information is completely wrong. I have just had a completely wasted trip out to connect my parcel.

They don't seem to be delivering parcels. I watched the postman out of my window walk up my drive, post one of those 'unable to deliver your parcel cards' never knocked the door, clearly had already written out the card. We are supposed to be encouraged to have things delivered, every parcel I've received through Royal mail I've had to go and get them myself! Also can you update your opening times on the cards.

Hardly worth a star, the attitude of the people who work in the place like the couldn't care less, I could see from the delivery office, parcels thrown back & forth aisle to aisle what happens if they don't catch the parcel in time & it's fragile ?The opening times are a joke , if you end your nightshift work at 8:30am the far side of Birmingham how are you supposed to arrive at the delivery òffice by 9:00am , in a car it will take me to nearly 10am & on a bus 10:30am with bad bus connection in town.How these lot have a job & stay in business is a miracle !
