Had our little Aixam microcars MOT today at RIC-FIT. Its nice to find someone who knows about these funny little cars. All was well. Thanks guys se you next year or sooner if we need anything.

Took my wife?s car in for a puncture repair. After they removed the tyre and screw, they then advised me they could not repair the tyre because it has noise reducing foam inside. According to Michelin the tyre can be repaired and I quote ?This type of tyre can be repaired in the same way as a standard tyre.?They then refitted the tyre and sent me on my way.The issue I have is they removed the screw. So instead of having a slow puncture that needed attention approx every 7 days. I now have a tyre that rapidly deflates in a matter of hours!Sadly given that it Michelin say the tyre can be repaired like any standard tyre, this is a company that puts profit over customers service. I won?t be returning for any kind of tyre issues.

I went there today to get my own tyre put on a wheel the wheel wasn't on the car well I think the price was extortionate £25 I won't go there again

Easy to approach these premises and park -- run very efficiently by dedicated staff who definately know their trade with a family atmosphere -- any tyre repair replacement and can carry out laser tracking on most vehicles -- yes I highly recommend them and their sited off kings Norton island on the road from Birmingham to Redditch give them ago they stock good tyres good prices ?

Bought and had fitted 4 tyres. Had to take car back for rebalance due to steering shake at 40mph. Had to take car back again due to steering wheel shake now at 70mph. Told by mechanic? oops no sorry the receptionist who over ruled the mechanics that it had already been balanced and would not be balanced again as it was more likely to be something else wrong such as steering and wanted another mechanic to look at steering etc (2 weeks later booked in - so any damage due to badly balanced wheels would continue for next 2 weeks). It was funny the car didn?t have this problem before the new tyres were fitted but now had something wrong !!! She was extremely condescending, rude and unpleasant to deal with not only with me but listening to her on the phone and other customers but I suppose that was due to lack of work experience with her age.Took the car to my own mechanic who had it checked and yes you guessed it - it was the balancing all along and all 4 tyres were badly balanced. Tyres now sorted independently and RikFit have just lost a long time regular customer because of this.

My wife happened to have a flat tyre outside this place and I was miles away the lads replaced her tyre with the spare free of charge making her move on straight away thanks lads.Appreciate it!

Went here this morning as we?ve always used this garage and the men working on the cars were lovely as always however the women behind the desk is the reason we will not be using this garage again. She was rude and arrogant never smiled and was just miserable, she definitely needs some training on customer service!! She didn?t even say hello when we walked in, and i didn?t appreciate the looks we were getting from her.

Earlier this year I had a puncture and RikFit came out to my home to replace it. The professionalism, courtesy & speed with which it was dealt with was fantastic! Thanks! Highly recommend! Now I need a tyre replacing & will be going back there.
