I use Ridgacre Surgery Pharmacy since it open. I would like to share my satisfaction about this pharmacy. Every single time I visited this place, I been attended for any member of the staff with a very professional attitude and a warm welcome. Also I can see a friendly atmosphere between the staff without affecting their duties.According with my experiences in the past with other pharmacies, this one is outstanding!

The pharmacist Mr.Naeem went over and above to provide assistance to me last weekend, at a time when 10 previous pharmacys locally were of no help. A kind and helpful professional, I will always remember your act of kindness. THANK YOU.

Went to this pharmacy for annual flu jab.Was in and out in just 10 minutes.

Staff is super kind and really helped us. We went there a few nights ago when my daughter cut her palm by accident in the swimming pool and Mr Aneil and the staff were super helpful, and they reassured my daughter that everything was going to be okay ( she was so worried!). I really appreciated the kindness and help, I really recommend this pharmacy.

Rang up for medicine said they had to order it in stock - it?s common medicine which would be in stock , , trusting gut , I walked round , within 5 minutes.. strangely enough the medicine had been delivered ,- common medicine- , some staff are on a power trip , and lie

Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. No customer service+ you have to wait for ages for your prescription to arrive and get ready. Would use Lloyds pharmacy next time.
