We visited their shop in Sheldon after visiting Dreams Beds who wanted just under £1000.00 in their sale for a single ottoman bed. Delivery was 4/6 weeks. This company charged us £500.00 including delivery, assembly and took the old bed away. When we asked how long for delivery they said we will make it tomorrow and deliver it in the afternoon. Which they did. Paul who delivered the bed and assembled it was very professional and polite. The quality of the bed was far better than the bed we looked at with Dreams Beds. Absolutely amazing service and the quality of the bed is first class. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish. We ordered a small double bed from this furniture shop in Birmingham with assembly and delivery. Delivery person arrived, they were super friendly and a great reflection of Relaxo beds & mattress store customer service. They put up in the bed in a manner of 10 minutes, and were on their way. I would highly recommend this cheap bed shop birmingham for their transparency on delivery times but also high quality beds and mattress :)

We visited this bed furniture birmingham showroom and was well greeted by staff, who gave fantastic customer service. The delivery team were friendly and considerate. The divan bed was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Assembly was extremely easy, with easy to follow instructions. I was looking for a best beds for sale Birmingham, Then relaxo bed shop Birmingham came up. I visited and found cheap beds Birmingham. Divan bed and ottoman bed has just been delivered & assembled, so can't talk about durability, etc., but driver and bed assembler was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and put the bed together nice and quickly. Very happy

I'm incredibly happy with my new odd size bespoke bed frame from relaxo bed shop birmingham. It came promptly and is of a very high standard. It was easy to put together and is incredibly comfortable. It fits in perfectly in our new home and me and my wife loving this bed shops near me.

Many thanks to delivery staff for friendly problem-free delivery from their bed warehouse birmingham. Very well packed - just few recyclable cardboard pieces which does not fill your bin full. Bed Frame is solid and easy to assemble, there are spare screws included in the kit, manual is easy to read and understand. Just basic tools required. Little "crackly" for first few days but now completely silent. Fantastic bed and mattress shop in birmingham! MANY THANKS and GOOD NIGHT to relaxo bed manufacturers birmingham.

New place, New bed. I was after a British-made, solid wood king size bed that was built to last whilst looking the part. Great customer service from start to finish. Popped in on the off chance that we would get a better experience from a small family-run shop than the bigger chains. We were not disappointed. Naz and her son knew their products and did their very best to help and advise where possible without the pushy sales tactics seen elsewhere. I ordered a mattress for a very competitive price and have been very impressed by the communication and delivery.Thank you so much Naz and team- I look forward to a good night sleep!

Our bed broke so we needed a bed ASAP. Naz was really friendly and helpful and we weren't forced to buy. We got a great deal on a king-size bed. It arrived and was exactly how we asked for it to be. I had a problem fitting the headboard and someone rang me and talked me through it and it was so simple. Will definatley recommend!

I visited the showroom last week and was so pleasantly surprised with my experience. The selection of beds was wonderful and Nas was hugely patient and helpful. My husband is 6"3, so we needed an extra long bed. Sleeping beauty met all of our requirements and more. Impeccable customer service, fast delivery, and plenty of communication (unlike the other bed shops I have bought from in the past!)
