Went in to try on dresses after visiting the Reiss concession in selfridges and being shown some lovely dresses by a fantastic team member there. She did pick out some lovely dresses for me with one still popping jntj my head when shopping later in the day which I never even looked at when I first arrived on the concession.Tried them on in the main store instead of in selfridges as I first went round all the shops in Bullrjng to see which options on dresses I had before trying any on.Sadly the one dress I thought would be the best colour for me (which it was) they didn't have my size available in the store for me to try on. They did get me the same style of dress in the right size but in a different colour to try on and if it was right they offered to offer it for me in the store that day. Sadly I did need the dress in the right colour to try on as the other colour I tried just didn't look right so I couldn't get the best option from trying that on.Will try to come back when I'm working in town next week to order the dress, both the team members that helped me on the concession and in the store where amazing and very helpful when I was looking around. I just only apologise I couldn't buy the dress because of it not being available in the stores at the time. Would be very happy to come back again and shop to both the store and concession if these two team members are working there.

Went in today, and won?t be using this store again after today. Didn?t ask if I needed any help or acknowledge me. I noticed she had time to stand around and talk to her work colleague though, she even had time to discuss when he was next in and say ?bye? to him all whilst ignoring the customers. Why work in retail if you can?t even offer the basics of customer service?

The only reason this isn't 1 star is because I've previously been greeted and served respectfully. On my most recent occasions however this has not been the case. They were that miserable and unhelpful that I had to vent my disappointment here. Everything I asked for I was told is sold out, only for me to find sizes on the racks, let alone making the effort to check in the back. Lazy and downright ignorant.

As is often the case in Reiss stores, the staff just stand behind the tills talking to each other and ignoring customers. Not a single acknowledgement in our entire time in the store.

I don?t very often write reviews but I was soooooo impressed with this store today! Firstly, I do have to say that the store layout is a bit daft! Womenswear upstairs ??? I went into today with my baby in her pushchair - there is no lift so no way upstairs. The shop assistant Michelle and her colleague, whose name I didn?t get were so helpful! Michelle went above and beyond! I asked her if she?d watch my baby for 2 minutes while I ran up to see if anything was what I was looking for. She put my baby behind her till, she rang up to reassure me she was fine! I did find several things I liked so her colleague brought them down to the changing rooms on the ground floor. Michelle had put my baby in the store cupboard with the door slightly ajar because she?d fallen asleep and it was darker in there. She then helped me with every outfit, gave genuine advice/critique. Not pushy at all! She was amazing!! I ended up buying 3 things and it was all because she made the experience with my baby so relaxing!Customer service is lacking in a lot of places but not in this Reiss store - totally outstanding!!!!!

I have been shopping in Reiss for over 8 years now and have built a bond with a lovely Sales Assistant named Maggie who I would look forward to seeing when I re-vamp my wardrobe seasonally. I recently came into the store asking about her to sadly hear she no longer works there out of her control, this woman was a pure credit to the store and my visits will not be the same without her after Covid. Disappointed the company have let go of a pure treasure.

Went into Reiss for men today in the bull ring Birmingham and was served by Tom who was soo very helpful ,needed to exchange a pair of men's trousers for some jeans and a tee shirt ,Tom could'nt have been more helpful and he showed me so many lovely garments ,eventually I bought a fantastic pair of Jeans ,Tom helped me with the size and also advised me on the great quality tee shirts ,without his help I would have been stuck as I was buying for my husband who couldnt be with me due to ill health the shop is amazing and quality of clothes fantastic ,staff even more fantastic ,will be buying from Reiss again for sure ,well done to you all ,glad I found you ,well done Tom
