A tale of two halves. Asked a male staff member about the returns policy, got a very rude and abrupt answer with a raised voice. Really shook me.Went downstairs and spoke to a female manager wearing a black jacket. She was MUCH more helpful and apologetic for her rude colleague.

Went in to try on dresses after visiting the Reiss concession in selfridges and being shown some lovely dresses by a fantastic team member there. She did pick out some lovely dresses for me with one still popping jntj my head when shopping later in the day which I never even looked at when I first arrived on the concession.Tried them on in the main store instead of in selfridges as I first went round all the shops in Bullrjng to see which options on dresses I had before trying any on.Sadly the one dress I thought would be the best colour for me (which it was) they didn't have my size available in the store for me to try on. They did get me the same style of dress in the right size but in a different colour to try on and if it was right they offered to offer it for me in the store that day. Sadly I did need the dress in the right colour to try on as the other colour I tried just didn't look right so I couldn't get the best option from trying that on.Will try to come back when I'm working in town next week to order the dress, both the team members that helped me on the concession and in the store where amazing and very helpful when I was looking around. I just only apologise I couldn't buy the dress because of it not being available in the stores at the time. Would be very happy to come back again and shop to both the store and concession if these two team members are working there.

Went in today, and won?t be using this store again after today. Didn?t ask if I needed any help or acknowledge me. I noticed she had time to stand around and talk to her work colleague though, she even had time to discuss when he was next in and say ?bye? to him all whilst ignoring the customers. Why work in retail if you can?t even offer the basics of customer service?

The only reason this isn't 1 star is because I've previously been greeted and served respectfully. On my most recent occasions however this has not been the case. They were that miserable and unhelpful that I had to vent my disappointment here. Everything I asked for I was told is sold out, only for me to find sizes on the racks, let alone making the effort to check in the back. Lazy and downright ignorant.

As is often the case in Reiss stores, the staff just stand behind the tills talking to each other and ignoring customers. Not a single acknowledgement in our entire time in the store.
