I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to. All the staff are wonderful especially the two waiters, Agnieska. I hope they continue to improve in the future too, Good luck!

This was a fantastic casino before it was bought by "double diamond gaming" I was appalled by my visit recently to see what this place became, nothing but street thugs hanging around with hooded jackets on and rude staff, I didn't feel safe at all, I won't be returning

Good casino, the girls at the reception are kind and the people inside too. They have 2 roulette tables and many other games to play. I had a good time there.

Friendly welcoming place they look after good costumers gave me free £20 bet on black jack table just for being polite good night out if stick to limit

Nice place but didn't feel very welcome as a new guest from out of town. Wasn't offered to sign up to be a member. Some nice punters though seemed friendly enough
