Prescriptions never ready in a timely fashion, even after calling up and being told everything will be ready by a certain time, upon arrival you?ll still be kept waiting for a half hour because it?s not ready.When they are busy you?re told they haven?t received your prescription, even when you can see on your doctors system that it has been sent to them.I have been given other patients medication, I have been given multiple medications differing to the strength on the prescription, given random medications that I don?t need and items are missing from my prescription every month.My biggest issue with this place is that the staff do not listen to you and are extremely adept at using untruths to cover for their slow and incompetent service.This pharmacy is a standing joke in the local community because of how abysmal they are. It?s a real shame because Mr. Prinja and his wife are nice enough people.

Extremely unhelpful. Refused to deliver antibiotics to my elderly sick mother who lives alone. The prescription was for delivery and had ?delivery? wrote on the bag. She lives a 3 minute drive away from the chemist. I pleaded with them to deliver it as she was ill in bed and I couldn?t get there as I don?t live in Birmingham snd I don?t have transport, but to no avail. Talk about looking out for vulnerable elderly people who live alone. DON?T OFFER DELIVERY SERVICE IF YOU CANT FOLLOW IT THROUGH!

So all the staff are lovely and very helpful bar one , I went in for my prescription on Thursday (14th April) afternoon it was very busy so I was advised this is not ready for 15/20min so i waited in my car to save dragging my young daughter back out. I was called in by Mr Prinja when my prescription was ready and the lady on the til proceeded to glare at me asking ?what do you want!? I was very taken a back by this comment. I think she needs to have a course on her customer service skills as I am disgusted.

It's ok. They are always very busy but only 1 staff attends to customers and therefore you can end up waiting quite a bit. Parking is a nightmare. Might think about changing

I have heart trouble and need medication. My GP pharmacy had trouble getting my tablets, so I went to Mr Prinja and said can you get these, he said yep be with you in 30 minutes, and they were. I have to take quite a few tablets now Mr P has no problem getting them. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Mr Prinja is the best pharmacist I have meet offers a great service and is very knowledge. Always willing to assist and help.
