A manager who I believe goes by the name meliza who works in the men?s section at this store was very unpleasant and extremely unhelpful when dealing with an exchange. Staff are always miserable and never seem to even wanting to be there. They make you feel as if you should be afraid to approach them and the managers are just as worse. Especially the one I have mentioned above. Terrible, please go to the one in the fort

Biggest Primark in the UK. Around 5 floors of it. Lots of staff here. Huge variety of clothes, home decor available here. Kids friendly place. Family friendly place also.

Extremely Disappointed ? Would Rate Zero Stars If I Could - Customer Service Feedback
I recently visited your store and had a disappointing experience with a staff member at the till, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
While I was waiting in line to pay for my items, I overheard the cashier expressing frustration about how busy the store was, commenting negatively about the length of the queue. When it was my turn, I was served by the same staff member, who appeared disinterested and reluctant to engage.
After scanning my items, I politely asked if I could pay using a gift card. The staff member sighed and rolled her eyes before informing me that the card needed to be registered?a detail I was unaware of. She then called over a senior colleague who confirmed that registration was required. As I proceeded to register the card on my phone (which took no more than two minutes), the staff member continued to roll her eyes and sigh audibly. She also began making remarks to a colleague next to her, who laughed, further adding to my discomfort.
This behavior made me feel like an inconvenience for simply trying to complete a standard transaction. I eventually decided to pay by card, at which point the staff member?s tone changed slightly, stating she was just tired and acknowledging that I had now registered the gift card. However, regardless of the circumstances, good customer service should always be upheld, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
This interaction left me feeling uneasy and discouraged about returning to the store. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should be made to feel like a burden for asking for assistance or simply trying to pay.

have you seen your toilets in this birmingham city centre branch who ever is in charge if them toilets hang your heads in shame over flowing sanitary bins with bloid stained tissues all over the floor I have pictures toilet brushes disgustinggggg which i complained to head office and the customer service team about in december 2025 what a disgrace it is now augast 2026 and they are still the same .

The good thing is there is a good variety of items and security everywhere. Bad thing is staff is rude. Most of them, especially the girls seemed like they just want to finish their hours and leave. One Indian/Pakistani Girl was especially rude to my brother. I feel bad about giving low rating but staff was rude and not overly helpful.
