Honestly, the best experience I?ve ever had in this is why I keep coming back to the Forth Primark! I can find things easily and the main important thing was the customer service especially on the 8/8/2025 Jo, literally made my day!! I left that Store cheerful smiley and happy just having a simple conversation with her. She was so nice so helpful so kind no words can describe. We had such a lovely conversation and it made my day.!! JO you are amazing and I hope you can see this????

I have shopped in this store since it was first opened and today l seen and experienced the best service on shop floor. If I remember correctly the assistant was named Adiana. She showed myself and other customers to the product making sure they could find what they needed before she walked away, and was also so pleasant when approached for help nothing seemed too much so thank you

What a marvellous store. Got to the best in the country. Great bargains and staff are great. I get very emotional and excited when I visit. I have just been released from a Secure Mental Health Unit and the Good Lord guided me to here. Keep the good work and well done to everyone

This primark at the fort is all round a great and nice store to go to. The layout with the tills have changed with a self serve checkout, but they still do have the cashier assistants aswell. Can be quiet in morning and afternoon before rush hour starts which brings a nice peaceful atmosphere to the store. This primark is clean and tidy with lots of nice fashionable clothing. Received good friendly customer service when I asked for help.
I worked here when it first opened up and it looks a lot better now than before :-)

Awesome outlet. Everything is available for all the family members. The availability of all the sizes is a plus point. Staff is very helpful and professional.
