Having travelled to this store from london for my daughter who is a huge stitch fan. We were greatly disappointed. The staff were so rude! Telling us nothing was available only canned drinks, great. A complete waste of journey, having waited 15 min to pay for our 2 cans (bearing in mind the cafe was completely empty) we was then told she can not serve our kind?. was disgusting. was it because I am not a Muslim. We felt extremely uncomfortable and left. Never again.

Awful, no staff slow service. Food was awful dirty tables. Miserable staff. Only went for the Disney aspect which was limited. However what do you expect from a Primark. Qs and cheap poor quality goods their cafe is the same.

Starting with the positives: Our server, Nadia, was very friendly and welcoming. The decoration of the cafe is cute. The tables were clean and well maintained.
What let it down was the food. Very basic and very little of the menu is actually Disney themed. The Caesar salad was not great - you had to pay extra if you wanted chicken in it. I didn?t want the chicken but my mum did - and it was basically 2 chicken nuggets? Instead of diced chicken (without breadcrumbs), as you would normally get in a Caesar salad. Very strange. The salad had far too much vinaigrette dressing so tasted sour. The Mickey waffle was okay; Disney themed at least.
As 2 adults we were disappointed, so I can?t even imagine how disappointing it would be for children who are excited to go somewhere Disney themed and are met with this. Again, our server was lovely but the rest was disappointing and I probably wouldn?t return.

PRIMARK one of there largest stores is right in the center. 2nd floor you can find the Disney cafe. Very relaxing with great tasting coffee. Cakes are available that all looked amazing. Whilst sitting here it seemed to be a firm favourite for the children that are shopping with there parents. Service is excellent but please note that its cashless. So debit, credit card only.

Colour me unimpressed... and colour my daughter food colouring blue.
We popped into Primark as a family today and found ourselves in the Stitch Café. Cue sticky tables, slow service, and a sugar-fuelled chaos that could power a small theme park.
Prices are on par with your average high street café, minus the refinement. But don?t worry: whatever the coffee lacks in flavour is more than made up for by the sheer volume of chemicals in the cakes.
Not particularly impressed, but hey, at least my daughter now looks like her favourite Disney character.

Huge Primark , always busy ,but lots of helpful staff to assist you ,the cafe is nice ,usually quite busy . Well worth a visit, great staff , lovely food ,amazing bargains

We had a big lunch in the cafe on 16th of April around13:30-2
The young lady with black hair and glasses took our order on the canteen ,she was rude,angry and unprofessional ,poor manner ,when I back for my second order she ignored me to check the drink bar then back and took my order .her pink mobile case was in her back pocket ,I hope you check the camera
Just want to tell you ,your staff is payed wages from the costumers and orders.In most of schools and colleges having a good communication is one of the most important life skills lesson .
Just train her or move her to the kitchen if she doesn?t want to behave nicely .
Additionally that day I mentioned about her rude behavior to another staff to talk with her or manager .
