Brilliant Salon! Kierah and Jade make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I?m currently having laser hair and tattoo removal and 3 sessions in I can see amazing results already. Keirahs so lovely and she did my classic lashes beautifully they lasted longer than any other lashes I?ve ever had done at different salons and would only ever go back to her if I were to have them again

I had an appointment booked with Zoe Louise for hairupdo for a family wedding, prebooked in advance. Turned up to find the salon was closed, no one was there, no message from Zoe nothing. She read all my messages sent to her and just didn?t respond, she was so unprofessional, no excuse provided no apology nothing! which I found downright rude. I proceeded to call the owner who said she would get back to me and didn?t, needless to say i won?t be returning. PS had a balayage done here few months ago which needed correcting elsewhere! but I thought Zoe?s hairstyling was good so decided to revisit, which was a mistake!Service: Hairstyling

Best experience I?ve had in a salon by far, I was made to feel relaxed as soon as I arrived and all of the girls were so friendly. The salon was absolutely spotless and they were thankfully following all covid guidelines. Had my lashes done and as I?ve had bad sets applied before I was wary, however these are easily the best I have had done, it was my first time coming to Pretty Woman but I will 100% be a regular customer from now on

Pretty woman is the best salon around, the owner I think it?s Keira who also done my lashes was very professional friendly and welcoming as were all the staff, I felt very at ease as soon as I walked in, no bitchyness or uncomfortable vibes ! The salon itself is immaculately clean and the decor is beautiful ! Im amazed at how amazing my eyelashes look and how long they have lasted, will definitely be a regular ! As a pregnant lady and vulnerable I feel reassured that they are covid compliant unlike some places/shops/restaurants I have been to with non mask wearing staff and people not keeping their distance ! I went here to get my eyelashes done for the first time, I have bad anxiety and got super nervous before going in, to say I had a positive experience would be an understatement! The service is brilliant they made me feel so relaxed, everyone was so welcoming, and chatty, put me right at ease, my eyelashes look absolutely stunning and they're so light I can't even feel that they're there, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my eyelashes! I've been multiple times now and have never seen the standards drop! I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! They offer so much and cater to all of your needs!
