Making coffee isn?t just about pressing a button and adding warm milk, it?s an art. That?s why you have to have trained baristas which this place is really lacking. Extra training is required for the staff here so they can actually make the coffees they are selling.

Love the coffee here, even have subscription to make sure I come often.
Sadly today I came in, just as I arrived and got my coffee to sit in, saw a lady (staff) walking pass me with tissue and spray, I asked her Kindly ?I was going to ask if I could have tissue as I?m sitting on the only available table for me and my children?, and she says ?ok I?m coming? she turned her back and went to clean other empty single tables, all of them, threw some things in the bin and she could see me standing waiting and simply ignored and went back inside her workplace. I had to clean the table myself. Sad! To say the least !

Been here before, no problems then. Today, service terrible, person.taking orders not listening, waiting ages for my coffee, when I asked it was on the counter waiting, but no one had said anything when putting it down. Staff told Another customer she was rude. No she wasn't, staff were incompetent.

Situated in Selfridges this expensive store was a major let down with poor food and average coffee. Asked whether i was eating in i confirmed yes but was still given everything in a take away bag. The toasted tuna was soggy on the bottom and the toast burned. Poor

Man name Jermaine served who was very rude. Spoke to others who regularly go to this Pret and they all said Jermaine has been rude to them also. There's really no need for any rudeness as we were literally just there to buy ourselves a drink.
