Food of the store is good but their staff is just awful. I just made a request to reheat my croissant because its too cold to be eat but the boy on till very rudely denied my request. Had very bad experience on this store otherwise other stores are good.

Your manager, Gareth is the most unprofessional individual I have come across. Having worked, owned and managed several retail businesses I believe I have the right to say this. Went in 21/03/24. Was choosing a vegetarian option as I have never been to Pret before. First and last time btw. Gareth was standing on the till infront of me and stated at 9am in a busy store ?PUT THAT BACK RIGHT NOW? ?I HAVE JUST SEEN YOU PUT A CROSSAINT IN YOUR POCKET?. When you?re infront of me how can you not clearly see what someone has done? Claiming that in a store full of people when I never did this is outrageous. Then I emptied my pockets infront of him, emptied my coat (which you can?t even fit a food box in) just to prove I never stole. He then said ?oh you have a guilty conscience?. Explain to me what I have done wrong? He said I have watched you do this which was false. Then the shelf clerk who was stacking but in saying we have had too many thieves today. Well I tell you what you will be having, is my Solicitor, HR company manager drafting a letter as we speak to your head office. So we?ll take it from there GARETH.

The best Pret in town. The staff is always amazing, caring and enthusiastic. The shop always looks clean and well kept. They tent to remember regulars order which is great. There is a lot of seating space as well as few outside spaces. Food is always fresh and restocked. Coffee is great.

Awful service. Ordered a drink, said it would be at the side, waiting around then I hear LATTE screamed at my face. I was the only one waiting so I assumed it was mine as it's what I ordered. Walked off only to have another member of staff scream that I had another person's drink. Made it out like it was my fault even though the collection station just seemed like a free for all. Just weird vibes all together, super busy, crazy expensive, stuff all over the floor. Just not the vibe tbf
