Ordered two iced coconut-flavoured coffees, and unfortunately, they were the worst I?ve ever had. There was no trace of coconut flavour, no sweetness, just a bland, watery drink that completely missed the mark. Very disappointing, especially considering how simple this order should have been.
The outdoor seating area is pleasant, but sadly, that?s the only positive I can mention. I won?t be returning.

Their own brand bottled water has bits floating in it and isn't clear. Looks like they've just scooped it out of a toilet. Food was fine but the water has put me off

Ok - food selection isn?t as good as some other Prets (in London), but coffee is good, and tends to be easy to get a seat in this store.

Had a hot wrap which about 1/3 of the wrap was stuck to the carboard wrap. So thing was a mess to eat. Should have swapped it but I was in a rush and they where busy. Avoid the hot chicken

Pret in Solihull is just so handy and great. You know what you get and the service is good. I always enjoy the coffee. Just wished the opened earlier.
