I stayed at the premier Inn for one evening on Thursday (29/02/24) which was absolutely lovely, the only issue was that I was given my card and it didn't work until Tina the manager came out to help me with it and then when she fixed it, it had worked! It was a lovely hotel and the bar was nice too and the food was lush! I found a light in my room which was purple! It was new to me and was a lovely stay and id stay again!! ?The staff were really helpful!

Stayed here many times last year when I was in Birmingham.Highly recommended.Though the free hotel WiFi does need improvement. Too slow and not functional.

Good, clean, uncomplicated hotel. As with Premier Inns, no frills but consistent standard at every location. Very central location right opposite cathedral and a few metres away from The

I have stayed in this hotel a few times, it is great for easy access to shopping, trains, airport and restaurants. I checked out this morning and I left my phone and kindle behind. Sarah from housekeeping was so kind, helpful and efficient in helping me to locate them. I am looking forward to coming back again soon.

Many times I have stayed in the Waterloo Street Premier Inn & is my preferred location for work or leisure stays in Birmingham City centre.

Lovely welcome from Tina. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was also very nice. The bed was very comfy. After all I will be visiting soon.

Great location but it was so noisy outside we hardly slept. Rooms were what you'd expect. Had a great breakfast at the attached restaurant

Stayed for work, did have a 'plus' room so was not street facing but cannot complain at all, clean and comfy and just what's needed after a long day travelling.Breakfast was where it stepped up a gear - it's so variable at premier inns - largely due to who they are associated with or what chain is on site but have to say here it's 10/10 - fresh food, great service, really can't knock it and would look to book here upon return now - good location too. Shout out to the team if managers are reading - Chef Tareu for being so happy and helpful and to the front of house staff that I watched accommodate every arrival with a smile and top notch service - Dagmara and Kirsty ???

Location is spot on 5/10 minute walk from central Birmingham, staff weren't the most friendly on arrival telling us the room is a family room to which I explained I was aware and my step daughter is 15 she then went on to say security would have an issue if we go out clubbing what irresponsible parents are taking their 15 year old clubbing we was there for a gift. Shame this tone put a downer on my stay and the heating was not working had to ask 3 times to get this sorted to which we was provided with a portable heater. Views was great other than that and good value for money.
