Room might have been clean, but the dour decor made it hard to tell. I had to leave the window closed as it sounded like a train was parked on the roof. Also, it felt like a train was parked on the roof. The whole room was vibrating and not in a fun way, just enough to be constantly noticable and annoying. I stayed two days, on one day the water didn't get hotter than "a bit warm". The next day the smoke alarm went off at 5.30am and then 8.30am. There's no phones in the rooms. The internet was awful, near dial up speeds. Worst of all, the teabags were PG tips

The lady that checked me in was the best ambassador for the hotel.Breakfast was goodBar n staff were greatBut this lady totally stole the show.

Usual standard you would expect from Premier Inn. Great view of city from room window. Great showers and hot water supply. Room clean and all in good order. Very convenient location, whether using public transport, which we did or in car, with many local carparks.

Clean room ,good size with 2 single beds for my friend and I. Friendly staff at check in. Has security on the door which Is good because being in the centre. Need room key to access lift and stairs so stops anyone coming in. Great price for being in the centre . Stayed here for 5 nights over New year and nothing to complain about, rooms were nice, clean and warm. Cleaning service was offered daily and staff were friendly. Amazing location too, in the center of the shops - perfect for a city break!Rooms: Clean, warm roomsSafety: Staying here I felt completely safe, there were staff guarding the front entrance (which was also locked) throughout the night for safety.Walkability: Amazing location so close to the shopsFood & drinks: Restaurant on site and option of breakfast buffet

Such a lovely hotel to stay in, it?s in the perfect location just outside New Street Station. The staff are really helpful. I celebrated my birthday there. They decorated my room door with balloons and banners and gave me a box of chocolate and a card. Which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. The food in the restaurant is tasty and the staff are really friendly in the restaurant. ? ?Rooms: Is the rooms are spacious and a clean and comfortable to stay inNearby activities: It?s in the perfect location it?s right next to Grand Central shopping centre which is connected to the bullring. There?s so many places to go shopping into eat. It?s in a perfect location. It?s close by to Cadbury world And star city, which is great for kids.Walkability: It?s really close to all amenities and your walking distance of practically everything

Fantastic location for the train station and bullring. Plenty of restaurants close. Plus rooms are really worth the extra.
