Great location in the centre of Birmingham, good service from reception staff with the facility to leave luggage when arriving early or departing late. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice and a comfortable room. What more could you want.

Am a wheelchair user, the hotel has good accessibility rooms, mine with a shower.Onsite restaurant which is handy.The staff were helpful.Being close to the city centre, the mailbox and arena ... is a good location for us.Rooms: Accessible rooms, have space for wheelchair. Choice of shower or bath, I had shower.

We arrived at 11am and asked for early check in for the 3 rooms we had booked, this wasn't available however they held our bags in the store room and told us reception is 24 hours so we can easily check in later.When we arrived back, 2 friends had already checked in and the lady at the desk had told them that we would be able to get the second key. However, the man that met us at the desk was having none of it, told us that he could only find one room and only 1 person was allowed to stay in it, eventhough it is a double room and we paid full price for a double room. He then said he couldn't find our friends on the system to find which room they were in, eventhough they are already in bed and asleep and checked in, he just didn't care.We asked him to check again and he refused, told us he needed proof of reservation. We told him our friend that is ALREADY checked in booked all 3 rooms and she's asleep, and he that he won't check the system to find her room so what does he suggest we do.He said there was nothing he could do.After 20 minutes of to and fro with him, our friend finally picked up her phone and said she would come down as she wasn't happy.With that, the man said "don't worry I will give you the key for the one room I can find"So what was the point in all of the hastle? He still did not give us the room numbers of the other 2 rooms or the spare keys so all 3 of us slept in the one double room, that he originally said only 1 person was allowed to stay in.Incompetence at its finest and very unhelpful let alone just plain rude.Besides that, the breakfast was lovely.Food & drinks: Lovely breakfast good value for all you can eat £9.99

Stayed in the hotel last weekend and it was a pleasant stay.The room were clean to a very good standard and breakfast was good too.What stood out to me was the professional attitude of all the staff specially the manager on duty Mr Chris. He was around during the check in and was very kind to our kids. During breakfast I asked for a soft boiled egg and it was made just I like it. Well done to entire team.Thank you

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel having stayed here previously. It is in a good location next to the canal and was within walking distance of places to eat and drink and other venues such as the Symphony Hall or Utilita Arena.Rooms: The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable too.Walkability: The location is great as it close to the city centre as well as many other venues.Food & drinks: I had a cooked breakfast in the morning which was delicious. Couldn't ask for more really!

Rooms were clean and nice, staff were very helpful and friendly. The food on site ( breakfast) was very nice and again staff were super lovely and helpful.Hotel isn't far from the Birmingham library, Sealife centre and Lego Discovery and the tram stops are close aswell. Would defs stay here againNearby activities: Legoland Discovery, Sealife Centre Birmingham aren't to far, and Birmingham Library and the Tram stops are close to, there's also a lot of bars close by but we didn't visit these.

Hotel all fine just couple improvement need it like carpet or steam mark on the wall from kettle, as well would be great if mini bar in room, and as well is no car

Staff that were on duty the night I stayed could not have been more helpful and accomodating, thanks ladies and gents for making it a great stay. Only problem with this hotel is lack of parking!!

Superb stay this weekend for the Xmas markets. In my excitement, I dropped my bag at the wrong Premier Inn, earlier in the day, which I only realised at 1am! The hotel manager was excellent and very kind. He arranged for my bag to be brought over by taxi. Top Man and a credit to the Premier Inn brand! His colleagues were equally kind and lovely.

Actually one of the best premier inns I?ve stayed in1. Don?t need to put your card in a slot for the lights2. The window actually opens3. Staff are truly so caring and delightful amazing service!

Room was a little small, but in all, it was a lovely experience, as it usually with Premier Inn.Staff were great, and the location was perfect.
