Omg it was so busy the staff were trying to stack the shelves as quick as possible, I only wanted last minute bits and so did a few hundred other people ?I Got what I wanted so a happy shopper.

Its pound land,things are sometimes more than a pound now but still a good store,I mainly use it to buy things to break down into other things for projects and this shop fits the bill nicely

Literally just saw a lady putting items in her hand bag, I told the assistant at the till who then informed another staff member, who shrugged her shoulder saying there?s nothing we can do.It appeared that the first assistant told was been told off for saying something as she kept saying through the head piece ?I only told you because they told me, pointing at myself and my daughter?. Would love to know what the policy is here as I just didn?t seem right that some walked out with items and nobody cared.

Shockingly rude member of staff. I asked for a refund on an item that went through at nearly 4 times the price shown on the shelf as the item was in the wrong place apparently. I have never in my life been spoken to in such a rude manner. This young lady certainly needs some training in customer service.!

No one expects shopping at Poundland to be like shopping at John Lewis. However, an occasional visit can yield positive results. On this occasion there were tedious queues at the self service points and at the staffed check out. Only one member of staff was working at the checkout and when a customer had a trolley full of items to buy there was a major hold-up. In fairness I have had better experiences at other branches
