Personally, I think it was really bad just due to. I went to go buy a bronzer and I walked out the shop. Somebody barged me and it smashed and then I come back and said can I get an exchange or my money back and then she said that can you clean up the mess that you made on my desk, and then I walked out and she was like bye.

This is what you'd call a typical Poundland store - loads of items at great prices, good variety, fast-moving checkouts, and random items/baskets strewn about by people who couldn't be bothered putting things back where they came from. Not the staff's fault, but they could keep on top of it a bit better to make the store look nice and tidy.
