Very impressed with the service this morning when renewing my passport. Very pleasant staff. A young man was also being trained how to renew passports. Both men were very friendly and polite.

I didn't have any issues sending a parcel and getting my dbs verified. Didnt wait in the queue for long. There were 2 counters open. Everything seemed fine.

Terrible customer service had no idea what they were doing and they should have give me 2 parcels only gave me 1 so I thought they were packed together now I have to go back on 2 buses

Store dirty and smells the same, there is clutter absolutely everywhere once in, difficult to get out. AND FAR FROM CHEAP to my amazement just been charged 90pence for a A4 envelope, when printer shop in Kings Heath charges 45pence. A total rip off. AVOID

I have used the post office a few times .I was very impressed with the service l noticed from a member of staff the way he greeted & served his customers. l was a little slow at copying the address on my envelope l was posting, the young person had a lot of patience telling me to not to worry and take my time even though it was just past closing time. It makes a big difference not being rush he is a credit to your team, l am sorry to not remember his name

Massive queue, 1 till open.. 2 other staff members just sit there pretending they don't see the queue and do nothing.. very poorly managed post office

Been here today for a self-addressed envelope, and the lady at the counter had no idea what was it and chose to tell me that they don't do it anymore. Then went to the Maypole branch, which is so small and so untidy, but the people there were very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Maybe she should be trained on the products the Royal Mail is selling so she can deliver a better service.

Always had good service here. The only problem is the long queues (just like the old KH branch), but if you happen to go at a time when it?s not busy then it?s perfectly fine-very few people. Recently I went in the last half hour and there was one other person in the queue.

Extremely busy every single time we go in and especially on a Sunday why have one member of staff with the queue out of the door? And during these COVID times even worse.
