The Asian man in courter is a heartless scumbag he wouldn't allow a young lady to return her paracel back. All she neededwas post office WiFi to scan QR code on her email.She ask nicely for the WiFi he rejected to giver her wifi like what she going to do with the post office Internet wifi ? hope he gets sacked. By the way i helped her out by providing hotspot to her phone so she can get her QR code scan in order to send her paracel off to be returned I won't recommended anyone send off there paracel off if your mobile data runs out these people are too poor for free Internet access

Worse experience ever I have had within Post Office services. Yesterday after work, I went to post a parcel on Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which I was guaranteed by 1pm next day. So I check on tracking to see whether it has been delivered and to my horror it wasn't delivered at all as promised next day 1pm and I paid extra for delivery and it remained with post office not left and the time was 5.35pm I was so angry. Showed gentlemen at post office he was confused why it hasn't been delivered yet due to me paying special delivery for 1pm today and guaranteed delivery. I had to get my parcel back off them but they were too busy struggling to take label off and manage to rip plastic off the parcel when I asked if I can another mailing bag, gentlemen said abruptly "NO AND GO NEXT DOOR TO CARDFACTORY !" AVOID THIS POST OFFICE WORSE SERVICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR.. DON'T DESERVE 1 ?

Would never use this post office again.Mr 4 eyes very rude Asian man behind the counter. Who has absolutely no customer service skills. Speaks with an attitude. Though this being my local post office, 5 min walk from my residence.I would rather go out my way to bordsley Green post office.20-30 mins walk.But worth it.Customer service there is spot ? on.

I visit this post office regularly and have tried others to post parcels but have found the customer service from Sharon amazing.She is very bubbly and goes above and beyond to help me and also makes the extra effort to talk to my son. Such a lovely person and so refreshing to see someone who actually cares. Thank you so much!

Poor customer service. Staff members are very rude and they have am attitude. Went to return items was advised my online returns that they will have proper packaging available. They have no packaging or cello tape and demanded me to pay for use when was stated all would be covered. Would not recommend. Will not be coming to this post office again.

Horrible customer service. I rarely write reviews about negative experiences but this time I feel compelled to write one. Visited this post office last week to post some important documents. That Asian man sitting behind the counter is the rudest man I have ever come across, he has zero customer service skills. Not only he taunted me that I didn't seal the envelope properly but he also didn't bother telling me that I won't get a reference/tracking number for the service I was using to send my important documents and therefore I was unable to track and was quite anxious the whole time until I managed to get confirmation from the organization I'd sent my documents to. He could learn a thing or two from his white colleagues (two middle aged white ladies) who actually know how to treat people with respect.

Just went to send my parcel off and I noticed that a woman was a child and that child had been sick near the counter. The woman walked out with her child, tending to her child?s need outside of the post office. A large male employee goes to speak to her outside and instead of speaking he starts shouting basically barking at the woman to go clean the vomit. The woman was tending to her child?s need, he could have special needs. Instead of asking if her child was ok or if she needs some sort of assistance. The woman asked the man to speak in a softer tone instead he raised his voice even more! The male employee along with the male employee behind the counter started shouting and swearing at her to clean up the vomit saying they?re not going to clean it up. This is all happening in front of the child that isn?t well. As a customer watching this and the way these men were speaking towards that woman was very disgusting and very uncomfortable not just for a woman but horrific to see happening towards a mother with a child. Disciplinary actions need to be put forward towards these men. No mother should ever have to go through that especially with a child present.

I?ve been using this post office for quite a long time even before the newest owners had taken over as it?s a small walk from where I live.I actually miss the original owners as their customer service was brilliant!These new owners however don?t even know what customer service is. If you ask a question about a missing parcel and what to do next to find out where it is or who to email or phone! As there was a mistake on a post code. They get offended and tell you they never make mistakes! Which I find rather rude! Instead of helping you they are trying to prove you wrong!Don?t get me wrong I can?t say a bad word about the one lady who works in there now and again. She?s approachable, friendly and polite! Also the main blonde lady who works in the shop is lovely too! But the others need to work on their customer service!I try my best to avoid this post office as much as possible and encourage others to do as well because they don?t make mistakes apparently. Well the biggest mistake they made was losing me as a customer, who?s been coming to this post Office for years. I know travel to another post office near my job as they understand how to deal with a problem, PROFESSIONALLY!Goodnight!
