My best friend went into the post office today to ask if they did any pass cards considering they do them online, so she went in store to ask for one instead and the guy who she asked was rude. He took a phone call mid conversation and told her to shush, in my perspective I believe that the customer always comes first. We can understand if it?s an important phone call but to tell a customer to shush is out of order.

I use the post office most days and find both the male staff members to be helpful, friendly and efficient. Cannot fault the service!
