Vicarage Road forgot to put my label on after me paying £60 postage. Sue @ Cotteridge made sure the customs form was correctly filled out and was very friendly and helpful. I will be using Cotteridge from now on

After I made a mistake ordering currency I didn't need, I went back to cancel it and although it had been ordered the manager got on the phone and got the issue sorted for me. The next day I was given a full refund and no fee. The staff were helpful, courteous and super efficient. I always find them very helpful in this branch.

Really poor service at the post office counter. Just sitting there doing nothing and when they do eventually serve you it's like they are doing you a favour. The big bearded bloke behind the counter needs to go to charm school. There's nothing at all to his character. He should not be allowed to mix with the public. It's a good thing that I am polite and well mannered. What a carry on. I hate giving bad reviews but the truth is the truth.

The staff closes the office 10-15minutes before closing time. I was here 5 minutes before closing and they where already closed. Also the opening time is not matching the time on the door. Worse costumer service.

I use this post office on a daily basis as I have at least 3 parcels a day to post & it is walking distance from my home, yet again today they were closing from 1pm-3pm, if this was just a one off occasion I would not mind but it keeps happening & what makes it worse is the really bad attitude of the member of staff (Sue). It is with much regret that I will be looking for another provider to deal with my parcels.
