The customer service is soo poor my first time I went to send the post the lady was sooo rude even she don?t know how to speak as human with customer everything I ask her she answered me rudely she was so careless about the customer at the end she thought the receipt on the counter I try control myself to say nothing people should not go to this post office

It is the worst post office I have ever seen, staff not helpful at all. They do not want to work properly. The printer does not print. The name of the printer is not the same as the one that pops up on the phone the password is incorrect.I asked for the grey folder she said post office do not do it anymore while I have done it last week at another post office.It is a shame to open such a post office you are ruining the image of Royal mail.

I thought that I?d write a review for The Green Post Office to share my views and experiences. I?m astonished at some of the reviews that I?ve just read though and am saddened at some of the comments aimed personally at staff.I actually drive past another post office in order to come here because I find it to be extremely friendly, efficient and as a result the queues are minimal, if at all. There?s always somewhere to park and the shop in which it?s located is very convenient and there?s always a friendly greeting from whoever is behind the counter.I?ve only ever witnessed and experienced both ladies in the Post Office being receptive and attentive to customers, always with smile on their face.I can say that I often have a chuckle with both and feel alI the happier for it. I would definitely recommend The Green Post Office and strongly suggest that you try it for yourself and make your own opinion ?

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Usually a quick service, I find the queues are usually down to people with a 100 questions? qoogle? is always an option folks ?.

The woman behind the counter is the worst of that entire shop. Almost everytime I go she?s on her phone and don?t even look up at you. One of the rudest, arrogant humans Amongst us. Her sister (I think) who runs the shop is lovely & her brother, the lad who drives the white van who live by the tennis courts. Them 2 are decent kind people. The post office woman is the worst ? of I could zero ?? I would just on her attitude alone !! I once asked her why are all the reviews online bad about you, I already knew why but was trolling her she said, verbatim: they are miserable with no lives !!! For real hahaha Royal Mail need to send her on a refresher course on how to deal with the public, yeah it?s a job that isn?t easy but her attitude stinks to high heaven. You say hello & get ignored, ask how you are you get blanked as she?s busy on her smart phone. This is 100% a honest review !! She will know who I am when she sees my name. But this post needs to be sent. Dear postmistress. You need an attitude adjustment, I feel for the husband who wakes up next to her, she starts her day by eating a bag of lemons as her face is so sour. She actually scares me fromUsing this gaff ? but the shopkeeper woman is lovely tho. Think they may be sisters?? Anyhow this is a honest review. Kind regards Peter John Jnr

Went in for a new driving license - the lady behind counter said they don?t do it (very abruptly) - the post office website says that the green do driving licenses. Just trying to save people wasting their journey

Went in this morning. Lady behind counter continued counting stamps. Did not acknowledge me.Eventually decided to serve me.I said amazon parcel.She said" phone."That was it.Shame the Fold post office closed.
