Turned up at 5:00pm with very small parcel already prepaid label attached, told me they have closed everything down now. Even though they advertise that they are open til 5:30pm. Need to update your opening times, seems this is a reoccurring problem for customers, especially those that work and can't get there in the day time

The ladies who work there are lovely and helpful, it is just a shame they are let down by the manager who is arrogant and rude if you have prepaid stamps to use.Will be finding a different post office from now on.

Says open til 5-30, actually open til 5. Got there at 4-57 to have the door shut in my face and locked. Woman looked me dead in the eye and walked away

Always pleasure to visit rubery post office branch as there are working highly professional and efficient staff(Sarah and Julia)~very welcoming with high standards and they are trained very well and know what they are doing always greet and make us feel welcome and make day go better they are able to cope with a high volume of parcels very quickly in no time, big thanks&credit to them 5stars

Lovely post office but they haven't updated their online opening hours? Kind of annoying turning up only to find out they shut 30 minutes earlier than advertised.
